What Am I Up To?

Apr. 3-Apr. 19
Julius Caesar - Marquette Theatre
Role: Calphurnia
Directed by: Maureen Kilmurry

This show will be a bittersweet experience for me as it is my last production on the Marquette mainstage before my graduation in May. While it will be sad to let go of my beloved college, I am looking forward to what lies beyond.

This production will not be your typical Shakespeare play as it is a modern, feminist adaptation of the script. You certainly won't want to miss it!

On the Exhale - Theatre Nervosa
Role: Actress
Directed by: Marti Gobel

I'm immensely passionate about social justice theatre- especially shows that are directly applicable to our current world. This exciting new play brings a fresh look at gun violence in schools and the effect that it has on people's mental health.

As this is a one-woman show, I will be the only actress on stage. This will be a new challenge for me and I cannot wait to get started.

Henry V - Voices Found Repertory
Role: Pistol, Isabel
Directed by: Alec Lachman

I cannot wait to begin this process! This show is the first Shakespearean history that I will be a part of. This will also be my first time working with Voices Found. Because this show marks a lot of "firsts" for me, I will be challenged to put the nerves aside and fully embrace the process. I am hopeful for the joy that this production will yield for me.

In this performance I will play the hotheaded Pistol, and Isabel, the Queen of France. These characters are polar opposites which will make for an exciting show!

Peter and the Starcatcher - Marquette Theatre
Role: Molly
Directed by: Jamie Cheatham

The story of Peter Pan has long been one of my favorites, and I especially love this play for its unique insight into what the lives of the characters were pre-Pan.

I will be Molly in this production. This is a role I have wanted to play since I saw this production for the first time. I cannot wait to bring this magical show to life.
